possible bug in omniNames

Hi all:

I think there is a memory leak in omniNames in that:

- rebind / rebind_context do not CORBA::release (ob->object) from the
old binding.
- NamingContext_i::~NamingContext_i does not CORBA::release(ob->object).

A possible fix is to call CORBA::release in
ObjectBinding::~ObjectBinding
and remove the call to
CORBA::release from unbind().
