[omniORB] Problem with giopMaxMsgSize

John,

We have set the giopMaxMsgSize in the omniORB.cfg file on Linux and in the 
registry on Windows (under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\omniORB and the ORB 
picks up the new value just fine.
