[omniORB] client disconnection callback

Hello,

I'd like to be able to dispose an object implementation as soon as a
client hangs up the iiop connection.

I've browsed the omniorb 2.8 source and noticed that i could allow for a
user callback in the method tcpSocketStrand::ll_recv().
In that place i'm able to pass the user callback the current Rope and
Strand as args.

The problem is that i'm afraid i cannot easily map Rope's and Strand's
to object implementations so as to know which object might be disposed.

BTW can i address this problem more cleanly and portably with tha POA?

Please enlighten me.
