[omniORB] Error: Buffer Overrun detected

Hi there,

i have the following error occuring during accessing a Dll via my
omniORB-Server:
"Buffer overrun detected!
Program: XYZ.exe
A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's
internal state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be
terminated."

Do you know how this error occurs?
Could it be that the cause is a access to another "foreign" Dll which is not
compiled as a "multithreaded-DLL"?
