[omniORB] Any known issue to compile OmniORB 2.8 with Visual Studio 2008under Vista

Hello,

 We have been using OmniORB 2.8 for a long time and we are now migrating our Development Environment from Visual Studio 6.0 to Visual Studio 2008. 

Is anyone aware about limitation/problem of recompiling version 2.8 against Visual Studio 2008.

 

We are aware that this is an old version and the current one is 4.1.2. 

However, due to some problem we are currently facing with 4.1.2 (see http://www.omniorb-support.com/pipermail/omniorb-list/2008-August/029650.html and http://www.omniorb-support.com/pipermail/omniorb-list/2008-August/029680.html), we want to verify if it also occurs with version 2.8 recompiled.
