[omniORB] Object to URI

CORBA does not specify that, so even if it was available it wouldn't be
standard. Corbaloc's are for permanent objects, and as such can easily be
generated by humans. When you initialize the ORB you have to nail down the
orbs port, and as such you can now create a corbaloc.

All other objects are passed in standard IOR's and those are the only ones
convertible to strings.

Cheers,
Kevin

Subject: [omniORB] Object to URI

Hello

Does anybody know is it possible with omniORB 4.x.x
to convert a CORBA object to the corbaloc URI using
the omniORB C++ API?

Cheers,
Sergei
