[omniORB] omniORB+OpenMP

That was my initial posting.  I started down that road for a while 
rewriting omnithread to use sproc and semaphores for the basic functions 
of the omnithread lib.  Then, to meet a deadline, and since my clients 
are either threaded OR openMP I compiled mico and my client code using 
that lib instead.  Once a soln existed I sorta lost interest.  To be 
fair, it didn't seem all that daunting of a task to finish, I just never 
did.  The thread library fairly small.
