[omniORB] OmniOrb 4.0.1 client to Sun 1.4.1 Server returns nil object (trace)

The Java ORB thinks the Echo interface is defined in the EchoApp
module; the omniORB example things it is at the top-level module.  You
must make sure the IDL matches.
