It was pretty hard to compile omniORB, but I managed
to do it :)
I have pretty big problems with running it. This is the problem:
(Yes, I've read the README, INSTALL files, and also looked at
the archive list)

# env | grep OMNI
OMNINAMES_LOGDIR=/home/bart/.omni/
OMNIORB_CONFIG=/home/bart/.omni/omniORB.cfg

# cat ~bart/.omni/omniORB.cfg
ORBInitialHost hell
ORBInitialPort 8088

# uname -n
hell

# omniNames -start 8088

Thu Feb 14 02:19:12 2002:

Starting omniNames for the first time.
[...]
Checkpointing Phase 1: Prepare.
Checkpointing Phase 2: Commit.
Checkpointing completed.

# nameclt list
Cannot resolve the root context.
Have you set up the configuration file properly?

(on omniNames term I got 'refused connect from 127.0.0.1')

# not again :/
bash: not: command not found

I really don't know what to do now.
The omniORB.cfg is read for sure. Everything is configured good.
TIA
