[omniORB] port for outgoing IIOP calls

I am using "-ORBpoa_iiop_port  port_num" to specify the listening port
for the incoming IIOP calls.  I found this argument has NO effect on
outgoing IIOP call,  namely, the outgoing IIOP calls are using the port
picked by OS.

So my question is that is there a way to request the outgoing IIOP calls
to use a particular port number?
