[omniORB] omniORB 4 and forward declaration

Dear all,


I've seen that the C++ backend of omniORB 4 now has support for forward
declarations. That's good news.


But I get an error when I compile the dynamic stubs for a particular file
(my infamous kvset.idl).


An edited version of the error is:


cannot allocate an object of type _CORBA_Unbounded_Sequence_Forward
<<ECTF::S3kvPair> since the following virtual funtions are abstract:

I have attached the offending idl and a makefile that reproduces the error.
