With CVS it's really awkward to move a directory, especially one with
sub-directories. We changed include/omniORB2 to include/omniORB3 to
prevent odd errors with old code, and allow omniORB 2 and omniORB 3
distributions to live side-by-side, but we decided that it was too
much hassle to move src/lib/omniORB2 to omniORB3.
