[omniORB] Compiling w/ -g

One useful tip:

To add '-g' flag, either

1. Add this line to dir.mk in the echo directory:

      CXXDEBUGFLAGS = -g

2. Add this line to <top>/config/config.mk

CXXDEBUGFLAGS = -g
include dir.mk                 # Note: must put CXXDEBUGFLAGS right before 
                               #       dir.mk

   This way all the libraries and binaries would be compiled with -g flag.
