[omniNotify] omninotify-list Digest, Vol 44, Issue 2

Just so you know, this project has not been maintained in many years, and I
don't know if there is really a user base anymore.  However, I will try to
help, and I hope that you can use omniNotify successfully.

I don't use Visual Studio, but it looks like you are trying to do a static
build and it is not able to resolve dependencies that can resolved from a
DLL at runtime?  Are you building from the command-line, or from within an
IDE?  Is there a /static or /dynamic flag for command-line builds, or a
dialog box in the IDE that lets you switch between static and dynamic
linking?
