[omniNotify] Problem and proposal about iostream.h

Hi,

Trying to compile the 2.1 release I had a problem with an '#include 
<iostream.h>. Googling about the problem I found that someone else had it on 
MSVc7.1:

But I was compiling with gcc-4.4 (svn), and with the patch sent to the mail 
list it works. Nice, but I want to add that using the compiler from ubuntu 
(gcc 4.1.3) the error didn't appear.

This is only to mark that this compiler is going neater.
