Hello photography society member,

My name is Tom Clarke; I am a second-year English student and the new
president of the society. You may know me already. If not, perhaps you'll
recognise me. I wear a brightly coloured shirt that some have said makes me
look like a children's tv presenter, all the time.

I need to inform you that the Queens' buttery exhibition will be happening
during the final few weeks of this term. For those of you not familiar with
the concept, twenty photographs by queens' students will be framed and
mounted on the walls of the buttery. It is a great opportunity to use the
space and to give everyone in college a chance to enjoy our work.

Please submit any photos that you want. There is no theme. The deadline for
submission is Monday 23rd May. I know everyone has exams and little time to
take new photographs, but if you have something you are proud of or have
enjoyed taking over the past year, in fact ever, send me a low-res copy and
the exhibition will start to take shape. Take a moment to do so!

Besides the enviable prestige in being a Queens' College Buttery
Exhibitionist, you will be able to keep the print (A1 size) of your
photograph after the exhibition.

Looking forward to seeing your submissions,

Tom
