Hi everyone,

Is anyone interested in doing this bearing in mind it'll probably 
involve getting a good quality shot and coordinating getting copies 
printed etc (full details below)?

Other things to remind you all about - don't forget we've got a trip to 
the Botanical gardens on Thursday morning and I know a few of you are 
definitely keen. We also need to let Queens' RAG know by tomorrow if we 
can put forward a lot to auction. One person has offered but only if 
someone else helps out so we just need one other person to volunteer!

Hi Matt,

I'm Chris Hansford, captain of the Queens' Lacrosse team.
I understand you are president of the Photographic Society and I was 
wondering if you would be willing to do us a nice team photo.
This would probably be in Old Court on Thursday or Friday morning of 
this week, but depending on availability of course.

We are currently thinking of a blue shirts and chinos kind of look but 
again any thoughts would be appreciated.

Please let me know whether this is an appropriate thing to be asking, 
and whether there would be any charge, and whether you are interested.
