[QueensPhoto] Trip to botanic gardens

Hi guys,

Firstly, I hope everyone's exams are going/have gone well. For anyone 
who's interested I thought it might be good to have a group trip to the 
university's botanic gardens on Thursday morning. Hopefully the weather 
will have improved by then but if we leave it any later it'll be hard to 
find a time that everyone can make it in the chaos of May Week. Let me 
know if you can make it but it'll probably be best to meet at the plodge 
with your bikes at 10 (or if you want to get there some other way, meet 
us at the Brookside gate (http://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/Map1.htm) at 10:20.

With regards to selling copies of the photos in the buttery, I've not 
really had much response. So, unless any individual photographers have 
an issue with it, I will send an email to everyone who has expressed 
interest offering A3 copies for £10 and A4 copies for £5 with the money 
going to the photographer. Also, since no one has voiced any objections, 
Charlotte Runcie is happy to take over as president and Charlotte Benton 
as secretary and I'm more than happy to continue to help out as treasurer.
