Hi everyone,

Unfortunately the library trip tomorrow is going to have to be 
rescheduled until next week - we've been given the option to reschedule 
for 5 but it'll be a lot better with natural light so I'll send an email 
to rearrange it soon.

Buuttt...I've managed to arrange something else instead - a trip to the 
old college wine cellar (currently the port cellar). Unlike the old 
library I can't vouch for how great it will be for taking photos but it 
should be pretty interesting with some potential for interesting shots. 
Please could you *meet in the bar at 4:30* and if you can just let me 
know if you can still make it. Sorry for the change of plans but 
hopefully this will be just as good.

Dear Matthew,
I'm really sorry, but something has now come up that makes 4pm tomorrow 
difficult. I have to collect archive boxes from Jesus and may have to make 
two journeys. 5pm should be OK, or we could rearrange it for another day? I 
really am sorry and hope this does not give you too much of a headache.
