[QueensPhoto] Exhibition Meeting

Hi everyone,

If we want to do an exhibition this year we will need to meet up very 
soon to decide which pictures to show. So to make this as effective as 
possible (it's always a really difficult task), please could everyone 
email me your favourite 5 photos by Saturday if you would like them to 
be considered and we could maybe have a meeting on Sunday afternoon. For 
anyone who didn't see the exhibition last year it was a huge success 
with the buttery walls covered with some amazing shots so we'll have to 
work hard to top it - have a look at

photos. There's usually space for around 25-27 photos and it would be 
good to have the decision made this Sunday about the ones to go for 
(although we might have to have another meeting on Monday or Tuesday to 
make the final choice). 

It would be really great for everyone to send in at least a couple of 
photos and we'll try to display everyone's photos as fairly as possible. 
Getting the photos printed, backed and hung is a big job though and if 
it's going to happen I need at least a couple of people to volunteer to 
help out (as well as the whole society chipping in when needed). So 
please get back to me with photos and whether you can make it on Sunday 
at 4pm.
