[QueensPhoto] wintry things and important info

Update: looks like the art exhibition will be a one day thing on Feb 14th 
and not in the buttery. Lets get the exhibition organised as soon as poss 
then, nothing wrong with an early start to planning. There is no theme 
particularly, just the very best pictures you have ever taken. Please start 
thinking what you have, or get out and take stuff!

Let me know if you have any queries and feel free to use this list as a 
discussion forum, it would be good to hear what everyone thinks/any ideas 
etc.
