[QueensPhoto] urgent budget meeting

Hello Everybody, welcome back, and welcome to all our new members!

I'm sorry to start the year with something rather unexciting, but it's 
quite urgent. It's that time of year when our budget has to be decided 
upon, and the form handed in on Monday.

Could I suggest we convene in the bar at 2.30pm tomorrow, sunday, to let 
everyone have their say on what they think we should spend money on, and 
therefore how much in which categories to ask for. We'll also set a project 
to explore over the next couple of weeks!

If you can't make it tomorrow but have any views on budget allocation, 
please give me an email on 'ojb28 at cam.ac.uk'
