[omniORB] Incorrect install name for dylib on macOS

Sorry for missing this. The build does already set -install_name, but
it sets it to the full version. The attached tiny patch changes it.
Does that work for you?  If so I'll change the code.

You have to re-run the configure script after applying the patch.
