[omniORB] Binding context sometimes never returns

Run with these options on a client that reproduces it:

 -ORBtraceLevel 25 -ORBtraceInvocations 1 -ORBtraceTime 1 -ORBtraceThreadId 1

Hopefully that will show what it is doing when it hangs. It might be
useful to run with the same options in omniNames too.
