[omniORB] Patches for omniORB 4.2.0

Hello

The attached patches fix a few minor issues in omniORB 4.2.0 (I mailed the first two earlier this year but they have not been applied in SVN so far):

omniORB-4.2.0-install.patch:
   Adds 4 header files missing in install target

omniORB-4.2.0-warning.patch: 
   Fixes two gcc compiler warnings

omniORB-4.2.0-rebase.patch:
   Use editbin.exe instead of rebase.exe under Windows, since rebase.exe is no longer provided in newer Windows SDKs (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/hh852363.aspx).
