[omniORB] omniIFR 2.pre.1 released

The Interface Repository for omniORB is now complete. This release
adds the important persist/restore feature. omniIFR nows runs as a
daemon on Unix, and a service on Windows.

A pre-populated database of standard OMG types is provided as a
separate download.
