[omniORB] Compiling omniORB using MinGW

Is there any specific instructions on compiling
omniORB using MinGW, with or without using MSYS as a
Bourne POSIX Shell? Right now I am trying to use MSYS
and my MinGW installation, and I have resorted to many
dirty hacks to get it to run, but have hit a few snags
here and there. Nothing too serious though, just needs
more hacking.
