[omniORB] equivalent of -ORBpoa_iiop_name_port <hostname> in omniORB4.0.5 ( using -ORBendPoint)

Hello,

I am re-writing an app that was using omniORB3.0.4. I am currently using
omniORB4.0.5.

In the previous version, -ORBpoa_iiop_name_port <hostname> was used. What is
the equivalent of -ORBpoa_iiop_name_port <hostname> in using -ORBendPoint. I
have to use a hostname, not an IP.
