[omniORB] ORB_init returns None (Python)

Hello. I thought I'd clarify the problem I'm having with OmniORB4 and the
Python bindings.

In my client code the ORB_init sometimes returns "None", the equivalent of
null in C. The documentation says nothing about that it would ever return 
None, so why does it?

I'm getting desperate, if I can't make a workaround for this bug I'll have 
to scrap OmniORB altogether.
