Hello all,

Getting rather frustated with this:

FreeBSD 4.9
omniORB-4.0.2

When starting omniNames-daemon, the output reports:

omniORB: My addresses are:
omniORB: 127.0.0.1
omniORB: Current configuration is as follows:
omniORB: DefaultInitRef (file) =

  <-- snipped for brevity -->

omniORB: verifyObjectExistsAndType = 1
omniORB: Warning: the local loop back interface (127.0.0.1) is used as
this server's address. Only clients on this machine can talk to
this server.
omniORB: Warning: the local loop back interface (127.0.0.1) is used as
this server's address. Only clients on this machine can talk to
this server.

Checked /etc/hosts file ala Red Hat. Cannot figure this one out. The
strange this is that lsof reports:
 >lsof |grep 2809
omniNames 15299 root 14u IPv4 0xc9d44980 0t0 TCP
*:2809 (LISTEN)

Any info or suggestions would be appreciated. I am compiling 4.0.3
right now.

Thanks,
Jon
