[omniORB] omniORB 4.0.2 / omniORBpy 2.2 soon

Here's the fixed version.
One not so nice feature is that on platforms where pkg-config is
available and openssl.pc isn't (such as RH7.3) ./configure prints a
warning, which may be confusing to the user.
