[omniORB] OmniNames as Service on WinXP

Hello All,

    I can not run OmniNames as WinXP service.

    WinXp SP1
    OmniORB 4.0.3
    
    I created service by:
    sc.exe create NameService binPath=
    "C:\progra~1\omniORB\bin\x86_win32\omninames.exe -start -logdir
    c:\omninames -errlog c:\omninames\errlog"

    When I start service, I see msg:
    Could not start NameServie service on LocalComputer.
    Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control
    request in a timely fashion.

    What is wrong?
