[omniORB] omniORB 4.x.x and Java 1.2.x/1.3.x

We've used omniORB4 prereleases succesfully with Suns 1.3 JDK on Linux
and Win32. One restriction: we had to force omniORB to use GIOP 1.0
instead of 1.2.
