I tried to compile the source code with the full version of cygwin instead of using the stripdown version downloaded here. First, I notice the mount points are all different. Then I get errors not far after I started "make export". I think it is related to the clwrapper ... I could be wrong. In short, what changes should I make if I use the full version of cygwin?
