[omniORB] using multiple ports

thats's great ! On the average, should I expect a significant delay whenever
an application carries out this double initialization and during the first
step it performs some remote work ?
I know that orb shutdown needs some housekeeping to cleanup internal things
and to close TCP connections. The involved time is usually not significant
at exit time, but it can be significant in the middle.
