Hi Luke,

 I seem to have taken the section 11.3.8.3 in the standard,
which says; "If 'wait_for_completion' is FALSE, the destroy
operation destroys the POA and its children but waits neither
for active requests complete nor for etherealisation to occur",
a bit too litterally. Your interpretation makes more sense:)
