Hi Warren,

 Right, it should certainly not resolve to an object
in the scenario described. I have how ever failed to
verify the problem by using nameclt. Could you post
a small demo application demonstrating the problem?
If not it might also be helpful, if you could clear
the log files of you nameservice, restart it, run the
demo again and post the omniname-xxx.log file.
