Hi Nishant,

 The WSAIoctl stuff appears to have been added by Sai Lai Lo
quite a while ago, so it should have recieved a fair bit of
use by now. Could you try to run omniNames again with
-ORBtraceLevel 20, that should provide the actual error code,
which might provide more insight.
