[omniORB] omniORB.tcInteral error

I get the following error when my application ends:

"Unhandled exception in thread:
Exception exceptions.IndexError: 'list assignment
index out of range' in <bound method
TypeCode_struct.__del__ of
<omniORB.tcInternal.TypeCode_struct instance at
0x82c30dc>> ignored"

This application uses the TAO notification and naming
services via omniORBpy.

Obviously, I'm not doing something correct when I shut
down my application. Any ideas?
