[omniORB] books to recommend?

I'm sure everyone on this list will agree that
the Henning & Vinoski is the "bible", but the
first couple of chapters of this resource is
a nice 'historic perspective'.

And, of course, if you are settled on using omniORB,
the User's Guide and examples in the source directory
are essential.
