[omniORB] How to build OmniORB under linux Alpha ?

Anyone who has is foolish, since it can't work. g++ on Alpha can't
generate thread safe exception handling code, so omniORB applications
will randomly crash. There is no work-around possible, unless you want
to add proper exception support to g++ for Alpha.
