[omniORB] First corba call to Java orb takes long time to complete

It's been a while since I worked on CORBA, but yes I've found this:

to give an example.
Happens with both Dynamic and Static call-types. With dynamic calls it was
even also the case during the second call.

These occured with Visibroker 3 for Java.

Warning: old experiments and language is in Dutch, but if you look at figure
4 and up, you'll see what I mean.
