[omniORB] omniORB 4 feature list

Hi.  Can anyone tell me where I can find the "CORBA Firewall proxy
spec" mentioned below.  I've searched the OMG site and all I've come
up with is the "CORBA Firewall Traversal RFP".  Is this the same
thing?  This is just a proposal though isn't it?
