[omniORB] omniORB and Windows 2000

Does omniORB 3.0.3 work on Windows 2000 using VC6?

Specifically:
  Can I recompile it?
  Can I use the pre-compiled binaries?
  Can I run apps compiled on NTW4 on W2K?

The omniORB 3 Users Guide does not seem to list Windows 2000.
