[omniORB] Building OmniORB4

Have you installed the omnipython minimal Python distribution?  If
not, that would explain why omnipython can't be launched.

I recommend that you try to build omniORB 3.0.4 on your machine, since
we know the build system for that actually works. Once you have
successfully built that, you'll be in a better position to give the
experimental omniORB 4 a go.
