[omniORB] omniORB 3and the POA on WinNT

Hi omniOrbers,

has anyone succeded in building omniORB 3  (from omniORB3-19990929.tar.gz)
on
WinNT with MSVC 5?
omniIDL3 builds fine, but produces bad output. I'll investigate this
further (Build on Solaris worked)
