[omniORB] Need more objects on Linux

Hi all,

I'm running into a problem with omniORB on Linux. Basically I run each
of my main objects in it's own process, and each object has on average 6
threads. Since I may want up to 1000 objects concurrently I'm going to
run into a problem with LinuxThreads rather quickly, as I gather the max
limit is around 512 threads.

Does anyone have any idea how to get round this limit on Linux? I guess
my options are to compile omniORB with a user-level thread package or to
somehow up the max process/thread limit on Linux. I'm using omniORB2.7.1
on RedHat6.0.

Cheers,
