[omniORB] Error Building omniORB3 under Cygwin

Hi,

I am trying to compile the new "3.0" snapshot, and I am getting an error.
Environment: Cygwin 20.1 - NT 4.0 SP4.
Make: version 3.77


bash-2.02$ make export
: No such file or directory
'.  Stop.onfig.mk to make target `..



What am I missing ?

The same environment, compiles "2.71" without a problem.
