[omniORB] Re: can't get started with the Echo sample

Just wanted to let the group know that this problem was solved.
Apparently there are two ways to prevent this:

1) Follow the instruction in the README.Win32 (pretty basic, eh?)
describing how to create the appropriate key+value in the Windows
Registry;

2) Alternatively, create the environment variables:
	set OMNIORB_CONFIG=<omniorb path>\omniOrb.cfg
   This file would contain the following:
	NAMESERVICE IOR:0000....
   where the digits after the 'IOR:' is the same string
   that the nameservice (omninames.exe) prints out at
   first startup.
