You can't.  It's not public.  I asked the same question a week or two ago.
I have developed a Makefile and a Make.rules that builds omniORB client
and server apps in a simple way.  It doesn't move the idl and stub files
to another directory, and doesn't force you to create new directories
under the omniORB tree.  If there is any interest, I can post these files
for others to use.
